Leader		We gather to celebrate the life of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton, who taught children about our loving God.

Leader		For those who teach us to read.
All		Thank you, Lord. (Clap hands twice.)
Leader		For those who teach us to write.

READING (based on Matthew 28:19-20)
Leader		Listen to these words from the Gospel of Matthew in the Bible. "After his resurrection, Jesus said to his friends, 'Go, teach all nations of the world and invite them to be my followers. Baptize them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Teach them to do everything I have taught you. I am with you always, until the end of the world.'"

Leader		Thank you, Lord, for sending us St. Elizabeth Ann Seton. She made a big difference in our world because of her great love for you. Help us to remember that even though we are children, we are each special.
