Have each child sit with a partner. (If your class has an uneven number, create one group of three.) Have one child tell a way he or she is like the other person. Then have the other person share how the two are different. After everyone has had a chance to share with the class, reverse the roles. Have the first person share a difference and the second a likeness. Discuss how, with our likenesses and differences we are all children of God. Each one of us is special to God. We are all welcome in the Catholic Church.
