During this year of service to your faith community, we wish you growth in the Four C's.
| Communicate. |

Do so often and with every appropriate medium and method. From pastor to parents, from catechists to custodial staff, look for every means and opportunity to share vision, tactics, and everyday news.

| Contemplate. |
|
Take time to reflect and refresh your spirit. Find some quiet time alone. Background music can help set a sense of calm. We can't pray all the time if we don't pray some of the time.
|
| Celebrate. |
|
Acknowledge often the joys and sorrows of those who serve with you. Educating and disciplining ourselves to becoming festive in good times and bad times is crucial to success. The time we dedicate to laughter and tears is time well spent. We are followers of Jesus who made table fellowship a hallmark of his ministry.

| Community. |
|
This is essential to your mental and spiritual health. Form a support community with colleagues from other parishes and gather frequently during the year to pray, share, and learn from each other. The time "wasted" in community will prevent your "wasting away" or your burning out.
