Create a prayer following the style of a Passover Song, Dayenu. Dayenu means, "that would have been enough." It identifies actions God has done that would have been enough for us, then tells how God went even beyond. Prepare a thanksgiving prayer or song with the refrain, "that would have been enough." For example, "O Lord, had you given us only the example of Jesus’ life on earth ... that would have been enough." Using this theme, you could continue with Jesus’ gift of Eucharist, death, Resurrection, and sending of the Holy Spirit.
